Why PHYRAGO?

What are PHYRAGO™ (dasatinib) tablets?
PHYRAGO is a proven treatment for adults and children with Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+ CML) and Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL).1
PHYRAGO is a once-daily oral treatment that can be taken with or without food.1

What is unique about PHYRAGO?
PHYRAGO is the first and only FDA-approved dasatinib that can be taken with gastric acid medication, specifically proton pump inhibitors (e.g. omeprazole) and H2 receptor antagonists (H2RAs) (e.g. famotidine).1
For patients experiencing conditions related to elevated stomach acid (such as acid reflux, heartburn, or stomach ulcers), PHYRAGO may help them find relief during treatment.1

What is the difference between PHYRAGO and Sprycel® (dasatinib) tablets?
PHYRAGO is bioequivalent to Sprycel®, which means they deliver the same active ingredient similarly. However, PHYRAGO is a formulation that allows use with PPIs and H2RAs to help patients manage stomach acid conditions during treatment.2
