Administration of PHYRAGO™ (dasatinib) tablets

Take PHYRAGO with or without food.1
Swallow PHYRAGO whole — do not crush, cut or chew the tablets.1
Important reminders
- If you miss a dose of PHYRAGO, take your next scheduled dose at your regular time. Do not take two doses at the same time.1
- You should not drink grapefruit juice during treatment with PHYRAGO.1
- If you take too much PHYRAGO, call your healthcare provider or go to the nearest hospital emergency room right away.1
Use in adults
Your healthcare provider may change your dose of PHYRAGO or temporarily stop treatment with PHYRAGO. Do not change your dose or stop taking PHYRAGO without talking to your healthcare provider first.1
The common side effects in adults receiving PHYRAGO alone include diarrhea, headache, skin rash, tiredness, nausea, muscle and bone pain, or shortness of breath.1
Use in children and adolescents
Your child’s healthcare provider will determine the correct dose of PHYRAGO based on your child’s body weight. They should check your child’s weight and adjust the dose every 3 months, or more often if needed.1
The common side effects in children receiving PHYRAGO alone include swelling and sores in the mouth or gut, fever with signs of infection, fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, muscle and bone pain, stomach pain, cough, headache, rash, tiredness, constipation, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, swelling, infections, low blood pressure, decreased appetite, hypersensitivity, shortness of breath, nosebleeds, damaged nerves in hands, feet or arms and altered state of consciousness.1
