PHYRAGO™ (dasatinib) tablets – dosage and administration


PHYRAGO is taken once daily, orally.1

PHYRAGO is to be swallowed whole. The tablets should not be crushed, cut, or chewed.1

PHYRAGO can be taken with or without food, either in the morning or in the evening.1
Important reminders
- Avoid grapefruit juice as it may increase the bioavailability of dasatinib.
- Dose adjustments may be necessary when used with strong CYP3A4 inducers and inhibitors.
- Avoid concomitant use with antacids. If unavoidable, take antacids 2 hours before or after PHYRAGO.
PHYRAGO dosage for adult patients1
The recommended daily dosage for adult patients is as follows:

PHYRAGO dosage for pediatric patients1
For pediatric patients, the recommended daily dosage of PHYRAGO is based on body weight. Recalculate the dose every three months, or more often if necessary.
Dose escalation is not recommended for pediatric patients with Ph+ ALL, where PHYRAGO is administered in combination with chemotherapy.
